The eligible patient who can apply for this package

This package is suitable for patients with clear indications for minimally invasive Lumbar foraminotomy surgery at one or more levels, provided they do not have serious medical conditions that pose an unacceptably high risk for surgery. The final decision on surgery indications and contraindications will be made during a preoperative consultation with a neurosurgeon/spinal surgeon and an anesthetist.  

Terms and Conditions:

• The invoice for this package will be sent directly to you or your insurer/corporate partner for payment.
• Full payment must be completed before your hospital visit, or a payment guarantee letter must be provided if your insurer/corporate partner processes payments only after the surgery.
• Prices are valid until 31 December 2025.
• This service is available for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Price for one-level minimally invasive Lumbar foraminotomy surgery package: 6240 EUR.

Package inclusions

• A meet-and-greet at the airport with transfer to the hospital.
• Hospital accommodation for a 2-night stay in a standard single room (the night before and the night after surgery), including meals.
• Standard preop workup tests (Blood tests, ECG, Chest X-ray).
• A preoperative anesthetic review.
• The Lumbar foraminotomy surgery.
• Medications as required after surgery.
• Fees for surgeons, anesthetists, and all related surgical theater and ward staff.
• Semi-rigid lumbar brace to use after surgery.
• Transfer from the hospital to the Hotel;
• A hotel stay in Riga for up to 2 nights after hospital discharge.
• A transfer from the hotel to the airport for your return to your home country.

Package exclusions

• Consultation fees for a neurosurgeon/spine surgeon before hospital admission and for follow-up appointments.
• Charges for an inpatient stay exceeding 2 nights.
• Expenses before admission, travel costs to and from Riga International Airport, and any other costs not listed in the “Package Inclusions.”
• Personal expenses, such as additional food, guest meals, or similar items.
• Preoperative MRI or CT scans, if deemed necessary.
• Take-home medications.
• Accommodation for an accompanying person at the hospital or hotel.

Price for each additional level of Lumbar foraminotomy surgery: 1920 EUR.
